A creative, organised digital marketer to manage and grow the online presence of three Stratiix Group brands, BluWav Growth, and two additional group companies.

Credii Foundation

Strengthening the Caribbean's Capability, Credibility & Access. A nonprofit building shared infrastructure for skills standards, digital verification, and trusted mobility pathways for youth, modern businesses, and communities across the Caribbean and its global diaspora.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media presence across all three brands (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Create and schedule engaging content, posts, stories, reels, and short-form video
Write and distribute monthly email newsletters for each brand
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement
Track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting across all three brands
Coordinate with the BluWav team on campaign launches, promotions, and product updates
Support SEO content updates on bluwavgrowth.com and group websites
Assist with Google Business Profile management and local SEO for all brands

Requirements

2+ years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
Strong writing skills, clear, engaging, and on-brand across different voices
Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar)
Understanding of SEO basics and Google Analytics
Organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Caribbean-based, understanding of local business culture is essential
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar) is a plus
